Will I need a carpet fitter?

    I took up some carpet in a small bedroom and need to re-fit it so it is perfect.

    How difficult is this for a carpet that is already cut to size?
    Will I need a carpet fitter or would I be grand?
    And will any tool make it easier for me?

    If you don't have strecher , correct refitt carpet is impossibly

    I hired a stretcher and the carpet wen't down lovely.
