atm dispute

    I was advised by your telephone operators that an atm bank of Ireland dispute would take 5 days. I reported this on July 11th and received a message from the service desk today to say we will not have an update until august 1st. like all other Irish banks am I not entitled to a refund while waiting for this investigation?????
