Pre-Connection Enquiry Feedback

    I have been waiting for a pre-connection enquiry response for over 5months now for a large development in Dublin 8. 
    The default answer when I ask for an update seems to ALWAYS be "it's with the field engineer", "it's with the new connections team", "we don't have an update"...... 
    Lads, in fairness what the HELL is going on in there?!?!
    Is there ANYBODY answerable in there? Maria O'Dwyer? Jerry Grant?
    Why such a long delay?
    As you know ABP will not accept SHD applications now without this letter of confirmation of feasibility - this Irish Water are completely messing up the whole reason the SHD process was introduced!
    Absolutely ridiculous and extremely frustrating. 
    I need an answer - not an update - not an apology - I need an answer - ASAP!
