I've had 'no listings available' on Sky One since yesterday, no other channel is affected and it doesn't fix after a reboot.
Anyone else with this issue? Are you able to put Stan Lee's Lucky Man into your planner on Sky One HD?
    thanks.

I've the same issue, any programmes in the planner are missing. It shows listings from 6am on Saturday.

Raised the issue with them on Monday on the talk to section. No explanation, no resolution.

Had the same issue but was able to add 'Lucky Man' when I caught a live ad for it and used the green button 'remind me' function - it's gone into the planner as scheduled - if it'll actually record if the listing is still blank on Friday evening is another thing.

Did it set for the plus one channel I wonder? When I tried from the "remind me" it only offered the plus one, not the hd.

4 days and no fix, I'm guessing it's a problem with the ROI version of the channel only. We are very much second class customers in every way except the bill.

    You're right - it's the +1 that's set not the HD.

Been at them over this issue for 4 days now, but as usual, issues for Ireland are unfortunately not their highest priority. It looks like it has resolved at some stage during the morning, 106 has schedule information in the planner at last.
As for an explanation, I suspect we could be waiting a very long time for that to happen.

Shore, if it was easy, everybody would be doin it.😁

Just out of interest, did any of you try to restart your boxes? Any problems I have had similar to this, a simple box restart fixed it

Yes I tried and a planner rebuild with no joy. Also worth a mention was that while the sky 1 hd listings gradually filled in on friday, the SD version didn't.

restarted boxes, did a forced download on the main box, and a planner rebuild, made no difference, and it clearly affected quite a few users, but Sky are keeping quiet about it.
