    Hi everyone
I hope someone can help me here , as this topic is driving me mad
I have a property in Ireland which I rent out. Does anyone know what is the name of the -physical- form I need to submit to tax office in order to declare annual profit and expenses? What is it's name?
Any help is very appreciated! Thank you

It's either a form 11 tax return or a form 12 tax return depending on your circumstances. This is all done online unless there's a compelling reason to use a paper return.

Are you resident or non resident in Ireland?

Thank you! Very useful. I was resident last year. Not anymore this year. Does it make any difference if I am not resident?

Yes. As a non resident it's a form 11 return you need to file next year covering 2018. For your income form 2017 when you were resident, you can file a form 12 tax return declaring all your income so long as the taxable profit from your rental property was less than 5,000 euro. If it was over 5,000 then it's a form 11 tax return.
