Removable / demountable curtain rails

Bit the bullet on proper wooden venetian blinds and will definitely be dispensing with curtains and the ugly ancient wooden curtain rods in a few rooms once they're installed. However in a particularly cold winter I may feel the need to put them back up at least as a placebo (the windows are new, Pilkington K S, properly installed and probably more insulative than the sodding walls)

Are there neatly demountable curtain rails available? e.g. a neutral coloured mount on to which the standoffs screw in to or something?

Consider spring tension rods which have the added benefit of not needing screws.
