Unable to make complaint

    Might be a rather meta post but I was trying to make a complaint on the eir website and to do so requires a landline phone number. And this is a requirement so how do you make a complaint if you dont have a landline?

    Should I complain about not being able to make a complaint?

    Whats worse is comreg has asked me to do this and I cant.

    Hi smck321 ,

    If you have no landline number I'd reccomend entering a random number to fill the space, this will allow you to proceed in making a complaint.
