Can someone help me out with an issue here please.

I recently completed module 6, The Professional Bus Driver.

I have logged into the my CPC portal which says completed but non compliant.

Got my driver CPC in 2012 for the rigid and my CPC card expired in 2017, in 2013 I got the Bus CPC and it was added to it still with the expiry date of 2017.

2017 came and I got my new card until 2022.

The CPC office are telling me that my card says 2018, which it doesn't, proof sent to them etc.

The last CPC I did was in 2016, Cycle 1.

Cycle 2 began in 2017 and I waited until now to do the first CPC of that.

Instead of being placed into cycle 2 the module was put into cycle 1.

Has anyone had this issue before?

That's odd.And what categories do you have entered at 9. on your card under your signature?

I thought it was only after doing the 5 modules in 5 years you got your driver qualification card? The first module being due in 2008 for bus and 2009 for truck.

Which would mean 2018 and 2019 is the earliest they can expire.

I done initial CPC training and got my truck licence in 2012 with a CPC expiry of 2017.

Got the bus in 2013, added it to my CPC which remained as 2017.

Renewed the card with all of them in 2017 until 2022.

I must do 6 modules in 5 years, so in one year I will end up doing 2 modules.

Yet I do the first module of cycle 2 and it is deemed invalid.

Those in 2008/2009 had acquired rights, I didn’t have the licences for another few years as mentioned above.

I still can't see how your driver qualification card expired in 2017!

Men, it has been well said, think in herds; it will be seen that they go mad in herds, while they only recover their senses slowly, and one by one.

Just check the dates of the CPC's...remember the RSA's year runs from Sept to Sept.
