I have zero experience of beauty therapy (I obviously don't need it :pac:)... But I could throw out some uninformed ideas!

How you would structure a typical class.
Do you use digital media? YouTube, Instagram examples.
    Current trends.
What do you know about the college?
( Pick over their webpages and look at the photo gallery and see what they're at, if you ask beforehand who Is interviewing you could find out their profile on LinkedIn and see what their interests are)
If you have taught before, describe your most difficult and best class?
What would you do with a student who didn't want to be there, or absent a lot?
What things would you keep a record of?
    Group or pair work?
Issues with skin allergies and products etc.
Some examples of your own work!
Are you going to undertake further training yourself (answer is always yes.. at some stage).

    Questions you could ask.
Is there a syllabus, or is it all up to you?
What is the typical profile of students?
Could they give you an example of a success story of someone who graduated and how did the college help them get there?
    Brief overview of the timetable?
    Typical size of a class?
When examswould be run.... could you do continuous assessment grade?
Are there other therapists in the college?
Does it tie in with any business courses in the college?
Would you be allowed bring in outside speakers who are working in the industry?

Not being pedantic but they are called ETB's now and have been for a while. Do NOT refer to a VEC in your interview & best of luck!
