Hi Shn99,

You can report individual posts using the little warning symbol in the panel to the left of a post that they've written (this is for reporting the actual post though; if you have an issue with a user in general, it may be worth contacting the Moderators of the forum or the Admins).

If you would like to block someone, you can do so by clicking on their name and selecting "Add ___ to your Ignore List"
