Is it a good idea to run all the cables back to an office I have in my new build? I was thinking putting a patch panel and having all comms in the one room. I could run some cable s to the attic as Spares also

    In Short,
    Yes.

    But its all about preference.

I have 2 cat6 and 2 coaxe cables to each tv point leading back to study.

All entertainment systems will be in study.
