    Hi There,

I was hoping one of you knowledgeable folk may be able to help, or may have had the same problem over the last 9 months.

Basically our Dad passed away a few months ago and he had the deed or right to entitlements in his nae, my mum has been trying to pass on the agricultural entitlements to herself, which allow for agricultural entitlemnts for her. I want to try and sort this out for my mum if I can do it.

The process of passing on farmer grants/deeds has been updates in Nov 2017 , it looks like it is a new process and many people have been able to find sucess with it.

have you guys had any such issues, or do you know what forms I need to print off and get signed also?
    thanks in advance

You are going to need to talk to a Solicitor, an Ag. Adviser and a taxation specialist/farm accountant.

Inheritance unit in the department of ag as well, and an ag advisor perhaps to deal with them
