Warranty issue

    Hey

Bought a custom laptop from a company in uk. 3 year warranty on all issues. Laptop was overheating from start but continuously got worse until it was constantly giving error warnings over the cpu temps. Returned for repair and was told it was a faulty mobo. That was 2 months ago and I still have not been told when I will get the laptop back as they are waiting for a replacement mobo. Have I any grounds for a refund or something here as there seems to be no info on when it will actually be fixed/returned to me.

Probably the wrong place to ask this question tbh. At this point though I'd be threatening legal action and asking for a refund or full replacement. 2 months is way too long to be deemed "reasonable".
