    Anybody ID these leaf and flower chewing pests?

    They devoured a pot of lilies

    Outside they appear to be brown/black soil or possibly bird crap - the creature itself is inside a fat short 5mm muddy green brown moist slimy larvae.

    Quite stunning looking beetle but... Hungry feckers - one day I've lilies next day I've a load of skeleton plants with sh1te encrusted stage1 Lily Leaf Beetles...
    And they eat flowers and all!
