Can anyone here recommend a reasonably good quality filleting knife?

I do a little fishing during the summer months and would like to fillet pollack and mackerel, nothing serious. Ideally, a low to mid range knife, priced in the €20 -
€30 bracket, would be ideal. Thanks in advance for any recommendations.

A Marttiini filleting knife is great. For what you are filleting a longer one is best.

    See here: https://www.huntingandfishing.ie/brand/marttiini/

Can't go too far wrong with Victorinox. Have this one myself
