House purchase building survey

Hi I got a survey done on house we are think of buying. It's a once of build house on it's own land. Story and half. The engineer has come back and said there is cracks at front and back of house. And it is more than likely caused from pressure in roof. There not hairline cracks he has informed me. He has to do more…

Hi

Is this a serious thing or could it be something else. The house is 2010 build.
