Debit card lost overseas

    Hi, 

    I'm overseas and need to get my debit card canceled and a replacement ordered. I cant ring the freefone number. Is there a way i do this online?

    Would you be able to ring if you had the normal (non-freefone) number?

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here.

    As your card is lost I'd ask you to call us on our international number which is 0035314044000 as soon as possible. As the advisers there will be more than happy to cancel the card that was lost straight away and then order a new one for you.
