    As above few acres of wet land (in the shoulders of the year) this summer in particular is when I came into its own but normally damp low lying "meadows". Price/acre
    to buy please

    Impossible to tell really as you'd have to see what it is. Drainage possibility / requirement, size access etc. This year is the anomaly so if it can't be drained easily or is very expensive to do it won't make much

    Few acres . As far I know drain is sort of tidal apparently. Would be low lying beside a road. No rushes in it though. In a typically dry part of the country

    unless the land is 'fair' to begin with , and you own it, I would not bother draining it. To do it properly is expensive enough. Have seen plenty of half arsed attempts where the land owner penny pinched with it. you get what you pay for really.

    Im looking to purchase. Just to clarify.
    Main drain in the corner and drains. Boggy soil. Bone dry atm due to heat wave but a lot greener than anywhere else currently. Not sure I reseed would change. Meadow grass in It currently
