Cluid apartments - Keeping a dog

Hi All, I am just wondering if anyone had an issue with keeping a dog in Cluid apartment? I am downsizing from council house and I may get a cluid apartment. Only thing is, I have a dog, 5 year old Chihuahua. I've had a quick look at the handbook online and it says those in apartments cant keep pets.
