    Hello
Really appreciate advice. Currently employed & take home pay is 675 per Wk approx.
need a change as v stressful & considering CO in in civil
Service. Should I be lucky enuf to get job.
Anyway wondering if there would be many opps for progression once in a co position?
It would be big pay cut but am willing to take it for quality of life, with view to climb back up if possible.
I have a masters in management.
Thanks in advance and would appreciate advice.

Would you not consider going in at a higher level than CO? They hold open comps at basically every level except heo (even though technically they also have open HEO comps for specialised streams).
