    But is Burrow Beach ok for kids for swimming ?

    Also will you be able to swim there at different phases of tide ?

    No its not safe to swim in sutton there are signs all over the beach warning of the undercurrent. Just go up to portmarnock, its much safer

    Balscadden is safe and easier for public transport if that is a factor. Though the swimming at low tide isn't great there.

    Burrow is not safe. There's no "undercurrent", there's a proper, strong tidal current that will affect swimmers in the water and people on lilo's and sit on top canoes.
