    There are only a few companies doing it. Probably down to insurance costs. Do you have a bike license ? A /A1 or M ?

    No you can't. B is for cars.

    When it would have stated the scooter category. B licenses are for cars only.

    No. If you were issued a B licence prior to October 2006 you are licenced for a moped, the M entitlement on the licence is not necessary. If you were issued a B licence after October 2006 you need M.
