I’m going to run a teaser ram this year to tighten up the lambing as I’m working off farm. Is it best to Vasectomise a strong ram lamb or is it better if it’s an experienced ram? How many would you need for 150 ewes?

You can use this on your own rams, much less hassle.

One ram would be enough with 150 ewes, leave him in for 2 or 3 days with the harness and then a fortnight later let him and the other rams off with the ewes.
It works better if you keep the rams out of smell or sight of the ewes for six weeks before teasing
