    Have watched by the last 7 or so episodes and it just finished up last night AFAIK. But wow. Absolutely fantasic piece of production the characters were so well drawn and articulated. I would actually feel comfortable meeting up with the characters: I felt I knew them so well.

    The overall production was excellent too. The script was so poignant and tight. The quality of acting from the kids all the way up was spot on. And I loved the Sicilian way of communication and accent. Hilariously dramatic.

    I see that RAI have commissioned a second series this year. So I hope their Irish counterpart snap it up again.

    Just finished watching the first season of this. Absolutely fantastic; funny, sad, poignant. Great characters and acting.
    Love when I find a hidden gem like this.
