the amount of Free range egg houses, broiler houses, duck and turkey houses going up in my area is crazy, is this where the money is to be made as we got farmers here milking over 130 cows and over 700 sheep now putting up these houses too

Brother is making one at the moment. I've a den of young foxes just over the hedge from him. My money is on the foxes. 😃

Whatever about ducks and turkeys there's feck all out of broilers unless you can get customers that will pay a premium.

Banks are very open to this type of venture around me and are financing units at 500k a pop ,is that a sign that it is a good route for the future or like 12 or 13 years ago with property; the kiss of death?

you sure as know a guy that had got planning for 2 broiler houses and has the foundations nearly in, he has 2 free range turkey houses too as 6 years
