Good estate agent/company to manage a house in Cork city

    Hi I rent a house in Cork city and would like to get an estate agent/company to manage it. Who is best ? What do they charge ? What do they do for this fee ? Thanks

    Who did you find that were good?
    I'm having problems with my current property management agency.

    I really not being smart, but after using multiple management companies for properties n Cork, I have come to the conclusion there is no good one. Most of them go through staff like there is no tomorrow.
    They promise the world but deliver absolutely nothing
    I know do them myself and its less hassle to be honest
