Well do you? I think I sound like a druggie :pac: when I hear my own voice on a video or a recording.
But from my own mouth ears it sounds ok.

    Live long and Prosper

    Peace and long life.

How you hear your own voice is different to how another person hears your voice.

To do with hearing your own voice through bone IIRC.

    Just thought it was relevant.

Always taught was funny how when ya go on holidays your accent becomes thicker! I always taught I sounded bit different to how I do when I hear my voice from recording. I have same issue with how I look as well though!

    I think it's my brain!!

I sometimes leave myself sexy voicemails that I can listen to when having a tom hank in bed...or in the kitchen!

Heard my voice on a radio recording before an thought to myself "sounds like a wanker" then copped it was me, had a Nelson Munz moment. Although in fairness have a Waterford accent so the balance of probabilities is i most certainly do sound like a wanker so it was a fair call.

Could have been a famous singer songwriter if I had a less annoying voice. Went into songwriting instead. Turns out I wrote annoying songs too.

Might try write a novel if that fails I’ll write for the independent.

I hate my own voice, I don't like it been recorded. I sound like a culchie from the bog.

    I love my voice :D

I can change it to my surroundings so if I'm in the countryside I can make myself sound more country (bogger) or if I'm in the city sound very posh :D:D

Mine is my job so I've learned to like it. It is incredible though how different your voice sounds internally to what everyone else actually hears.

Sometimes I'd love to to be able to hear how friends/family hear their own voices.

I sound awful. Was on the radio last year and still haven't had the courage to listen to the recording of the interview yet.

I have a professionally trained speaker's voice and am very used to listening to myself. It is so strange to do it in the beginning but you grow into it and it's normal, so I don't mind my voice really.
I had to come to terms though that it's very different to how I always wanted my voice to be. I wanted a smoky deep voice, what I have is a young dynamic one.

My teacher always said I have the kind of voice that can do audio books for Jane Austen books (never had the opportunity yet!)
