    Hi just wondering if anyones ordered from pretty little thing? Are their clothes and shoes true to size and how is their shipping and returns?

    I bought a jumpsuit from them a while ago which I returned because it was really cheap material and just looked wrong on me. They use ParcelConnect so free returns. It’s the same company that Asos use and I’ve never had an issue with a return with them.

    I find that their clothes are true to size however if you dont have long legs steer clear of their trousers! They do have a petite range though. Their delivery is great value at €2 and my parcels have always come within 4-5 days, although I have heard that lately they are struggling to cope with such high demand and fulfilling orders on time.

    Thanks for the replies, I received my order today and im sending everything back. They sent me wrong items, wrong sizes and the one thing that was right looked terrible on me, atleast they have free returns.

    Pretty little things is the worst website I have ever ordered from. I ordered a size 10 dress and they posted out a size 16 pair of pyjamas with a massive hole in the arse of them! The pj's had the dresses label on it.
    I contacted them asking about the dress and they told me I have post back the pj's, wait 21 days for a refund and then reorder the dress in the hopes they will send me out the correct item!

    I would not recommend using this website!
