    Hi,
I logged a fault using the online form last Sunday. The website displayed a message to say it had been successfully logged, but I have received no communication since, neither by email nor phone.
As there appears to be no way to follow on with the logged incident, I submitted a second yesterday, stating that i still have no service and expressing my disappointment with Eir's failure to respond within the promised 2 working days.
So I still have no landline, since Sunday. Prior to that, it was prone to crackling for months or years, and when it would crackle it tended to drop out for minutes or hours.
Can you please check the status of my logged fault.
    Thank you,
    Declan.
