    Can anyone tell me if I accept offer , will I still receive offers in the other rounds

    My partner received a conditional offer from her University of choice in May but had no CAO offer as of yet. Would that be normal for mature students with a conditional offer?

    It's not guaranteed but it's quite possible. You can accept the one you have now if you want and if there is space for you then you may get another offer. All depends on people deferring or not taking up offers.
