CAO Arts struggles - NUIG / UCC

I reached the deadline for my CAO the other day, I have arts down as option 4 and 5. I have NUIG down as 4 but I’ve decided that I want to go to UCC now as they have the better pairings for me. Is it possible to reject my NUIG place if I were to get it, to go to UCC?
