Hi I'm damn new to this forum and not sure if this is the correct platform to ask this.

I have moved to Ireland (on Work Visa) just few weeks ago. I was searching about Health Insurance and got to know about EHIC E111 Scheme - EHIC Card (www[.]hse[.] ie/eng/services/list/1/schemes/ehic/).

    It says
Can anyone get a European Health Insurance Card?
You can get a European Health Insurance Card in Ireland if you are ordinarily resident here.

I'm planning to stay here for 2 years. Do I qualify for EHIC Card? What does ordinarily citizen means?
