Betfair Account not eligible for Arcade Promotions

    Just received a mail from Betfair effectively banning me from Arcade promotions,no idea why,although they are quite happy for me to continue losing and betting on all Sports.Anyone else receive this mail ?

    "We’re writing to you with regards to your Betfair Arcade account.

    Having reviewed your account, we are notifying you that your account will not be eligible for free to play Betfair Arcade promotions in the future. We can assure you that this decision has only be taken after careful consideration and that it does not affect your ability to play on the Betfair Sportsbook, Betfair Exchange, or any other Betfair Gaming channels.

    Please note that this will not affect any bonus or other promotional offer you have already placed a qualifying bet towards. You will still receive the benefits of any Arcade promotion you have started qualifying for or already qualified for prior to this decision.

    Haven't a clue, definitely losing on golf,horses,etc, however only played arcade games on promotion,so probably was ahead because I never paid to play,it's really funny because it's very small amounts, nothing that would bother a billion euro company
