Top up not registered

    Hi
    I am on a 'simply unlimited any network' plan for eur10 a month.
    I topped up yesterday via my online banking as I always do. The top up has gone through and the money
    deducted from my account, however I cannot make calls. I was 2 days late topping up to keep my offer
    active, however my Eir online account says the offer is still active.
    Where has my 10eur gone? I am abroad and I need my phone.
