Okay so I'm 33, never had a relationship, very inexperienced sex wise. How may guys would this turn off. I've spent along time working on myself and didn't use to like myself at all so the barriers always went up when it came to going anywhere with a guy - I'd run!
I've worked hard, and quite like who I am now.

I have dated but always half hearted, so I'm ready to throw myself in sink or swim style!

Any advice would be appreciated? And on the inexperienced side - how soon should I bring this up or should i ? Would most fellas be repelled ?

    Thanks in advance

If you feel good about yourself and confidant about dating that's half the battle already. Dating can be daunting for even those who have lots of relationship/sexual experience so your nerves are not going to come across as unusual to anyone.

You asked when should you tell them that your inexperienced. That's entirely up to you. Your not obligated to tell those you date anything about your personal past so I'd advise tell them only if/when you feel it's the right time. If someone's interested in you I can't see why they'd be put off.

As another poster has pointed out as long as you have great self respect and like who you are your not going to have an issue. Just need to find a person who you can communicate easy. Inexperienced sexually. Sure do any of us have a clue what were doing really?? Ha

When you find the right guy, you'll know. My girlfriend and I met when she was 34 and I was 29. She had only been with one person, her ex and that had been her only relationship. Tbh that made me fancy her even more. I'd describe our relationship as rock solid. So like I said, when you meet the right guy, you'll know.

As above. Any fella worth dating will not have an issue . Every single person has issues of some sorts sone tame some not.
Having confidence in yourself will win out in the end .
It's great that you are happy with yourself .

Second this. We all think we are to only ones who are different at some stage.

Be confident, your past is your own and nobody elses. I wouldn't get hung up on lack of experience, it's not exactly an act which requires much know how and most new sexual relationships start with the basics and then learning together what you like as a couple

If your really worried then start with books and guides but I don't think it's something you need to announce to a new partner.

Just wanted to let you know that you're not alone when it comes to this type of thing. I'm a 32 year old male who's never had a girlfriend. This is mostly due to depression in my early 20's due to a tough childhood experiencing domestic abuse from my alcoholic father. I was always very shy and socially awkward and I'm only now getting CBT to work on this aspect of my life. The positive attitude you've shown so far is great.
