I recently signed up with NordVPN. Using it for on my Synology and their client on my PC and phone. Very easy to switch from last VPN and so far seems more stable.

I use them too, but the CyberGhost offer is decent too.
TorGuard seems to be hit and miss.

These offers will be harder to come by in a few months I reckon, or after Christmas as more and more tightening of the nuts comes into play.
