Hi guys. I don't know if this exists or if it's been asked before or if this is the right forum!!
I am starting to plan to build a house and just passed my percolation test there now. Now I am very conscious about budget and I'm awful at maths so is there an app that would make this easier for me so I can keep an eye on costs and calculate full costs as needed for sat flooring etc?? Also what apps would you recommend at this stage?i have plans done up and will be going for planning very shortly.

It'll probably be difficult to find an app that covers all your figures the way you want.
Best to start with excel - or better still google docs spreadsheet so you can share and update and not worry about not saving etc.

Start simple and build on it as things come up. But you gotta keep it maintained and in order - you won't find an app that does it all for you.
