Screws on front door lock keeps getting loose from motion of door closing all the time. Is there any sort of glue I can put on the screws when I tightening them to prevent this happening ? Or do I just tighten the screws again ? Thanks

Remove the screw, break off 1-2 cm of a match, insert into the whole , put screw back !

Try loctite threadlocker or another threadlocking product.
