How do I get my mental health records from an adult psychiatrist?

    I used to go to Lucena Clinic in Rathgar and got my records by writing to a FOI officer there but now I would like to get similar records from an adult psychiatrist I've been visiting in Blackrock. The trouble is, the website does not give any info on who to write to.

    Is it possible I could write to SJOG Mental Health Services directly?

    Were you seeing him through SJOG? or did they simply refer you to him?
    I'd just ring SJOG and ask them I guess?
