Email folders Vanished !!

    Hi,



    I have got a problem with my email account, Old email account is Eircom.net, account is Vodafone..
    For some reason all my folders ( left hand side under Mail ) have disappeared...

    If I log in through another device, they are all there !!

    How can I get all my files back ?
    Has anyone any experience of this before ?

    Any suggestions will be welcome ...

    What operating system and what application are you using?? Are you using POP3 or IMAP?

    Hi

    I'm using Google chrome If that's what you mean.

    Update ..... If I log on to Eircom (Eir) .
    Select webmail, and select log in.....
    email opens but no files.....
    However !!!!
    If I select " Login using basic version ", It works !!!!

    The link from basic to new seems to be "broken"....
    Didn't notice this before..

    Any ideas on how to get the newer version back..
