Mass on Sunday – in a conservatory?

RTÉ are broadcasting Mass on Sunday from a house in Roscommon, Philomena and Adrian Owen's home to be precise (it's in the description). The altar is in the doorway of a conservatory, while everybody attending is standing in the garden. It is oddly similar to the Speed 3 episode of Father Ted.

Does anyone know why this place was chosen? I'm clueless.
