New build Clean -price range??

    Just bought a new build. Floors in but dust everywhere. Did a good bit of cleaning already but hard to get rid of dust. We’re planning on getting cleaners in with proper gear. Wondering what the price range is for a deep clean...got quoted €450 but seems a bit steep for 3 bed semi with floors, carpet, tiles all down. Any help much appreciated :)

    The builder should sort the final clean prior to snagging, no?

    General clean was done alright but dust still around with the dry weather & all that. Thanks for the reply :)
