Advice With online purchase

    Hi,

    Just looking for a bit of guidance with a problem I have,

    I signed up for a race (running) that took place in feb & I bought a jumper and a tee-shirt from the associated supplier Via their web page (credit card), Anyway I was to pick up the products at the race..This unfortunately didnt happen as the stall the supplier was ment to have was not set up when I got there and started my warm up etc ...and then I tore a ligament in the race and had to leave halfway through...I emailed the company of the situation offered to pay if they would send on the stuff and they emailed back that they would send out the products no problem, No products arrived, So I sent another email to ask for a refund at this stage back to my card ...no reply ....and now the company seems to have ceased trading.

    Like I have tried to contact the company and its got to a stage where I would want the money as a matter of principal ...What Options do I have

    Cool, I paid with my debit via their Paypal ...so I have opened a dispute not sure If it will do anything but its the principal of the thing at this stage
