Still haven't received the refund cheque

    I am writing in a final effort as I have made numerous calls to Irish Water in relation to receiving the refund cheque. Long Story short; My father passed away, we obviously received a cheque in his name, I got onto Irish Water and i filled out the relevant form and was told it should be with me within a month.  A cheque was posted again in my fathers name which upset my mother; I rang Irish Water again and again they told me that it was rectified and my name would appear on the cheque... that was back in Feb and each month I have rang they say the same thing over and over again; it is very frustrating

    Not sure what else to do now short of going on the Joe Duffy Show
