Move the fin forward to make the board easier to turn and move the fin back to make it more stable

Pushing the fin back towards the tail makes it more stable

Just as rodento says, do play with it it makes a big difference, from loose and slidy to tighter feel to board in turns.

Even the stiffness of a fin can make big difference.
