Tri bars help

I have purchased a set of f.a.s.t vector tri bars one of the bars has come loose and I cant find where (if) there is a tightening screw. Very mindful this is probably a stupid question and the screw will be in plain sight and I will look like a fool. But I have to ask before I go mad cheers
