I was mid flow in a conversation with another poster and it all seems ro be deleted now. No warning about it. What's the story? Are threads just deleted at random?

It is if it's started by a re-Reg troll.

He's back on another run. If you're quick you could continue the flow.

I have noticed over the past few months that you notice every “ re reg troll” that appears on the site.

Do you just accuse every new member and report them or have you access to ip s.

As my grandmother used to say "a blind man on a galloping horse could see it."

You'd have to be blind, stupid or gullible not to recognise some of the very poor efforts that appear every week.

I don't report many, The mods have it well covered. As for ips, I wouldn't know one if I fell over it.

I thought it was against the charter somewhere to accuse people of re regging. You must wait until after the ban to announce they are re regs is that right? It’s just I seen you do it so many times.

When I started this account you posted

“Hello again” when I started a thread then I got permabanned for a half hour for re regging. I had just started a new account after closing an old one a few months before. I was never banned. I explained that and they fixed it.

I always figured you reported me as a re reg and they just banned me without checking. I never got offended about it or anything but I just see you there all the time spotting re regs and calling threads stupid now and again. Is this your calling?

Ara it takes a while to get to click and get a conversation flowing. Approaching some random lad in the pub and trying to force a conversation is never going to be a patch on being mid flight in a bit of banter with a mate.

If its cause its started by a re-reg troll (Whatever the **** that is) why not just delete the first post and leave the rest?

Was it 30 or more or was it 45 though?

I reckon paddy if you let the lad keep his threads after you ban him he will do it every night. He can post arnt cats cute or do you have any regrets from when you were younger and he gets a thread full of peoples regrets even if he gets his first post deleted.

Now consider he posted I hate babies and everybody got so angry he can sit back and watch everybody getting angry and laugh to himself won’t matter if they delete his first post or not. Everybody is still Angry.

Nope. I knew you were back, hence 'hi again' but I never called you a re-Reg nor reported you. You've a vivid imagination.

I'd only call a stupid thread stupid. ;)

You're a fairly cantankerous individual. Must be in your twilight years?

I reckon if its a genuinely interesting thread the mods would probably just delete the re-reg posts and let the thread carry on.. but the thing is they'll just keep re-regging over and over to keep taking part if you do.. and of course 99.9% of the threads are either terrible, windups, or just one page of low quality banter

Fingers crossed for some new material. Also from the sectarian pubs guy, that last one was low effort

Yeah but if you go back in time it's funny every time.

MOD thread closed, posts/threads get deleted for many reasons, so rather than creating a thread about it send the mods a pm
