Limestone Paving

3 years ago I had Limestone Paving laid around the front and back of the house, including footpaths front and back. About 18 months later, 4 of the slabs lifted and were refitted. This occurred about half ways down the path in the back (path is 9 metres long). The same thing has now happened again (we had warm weather in both instances). Originally, there was a concrete path there, which coincidentally had an open crack around the same place. This path was there for a number of years. Any suggestions or solutions?
