Had a few trees cut(ash +sycamore) about three months ago .I split them into block size for the stove . The moisture meter is reading 10% at the moment , would they relly be ready to
    burn next winter .

Hi rebeve - very much doubt that such freshly cut wood is measuring 10% - unless super kiln-dried... which part of the log are you taking meter reading from?

If you want to be certain split one of the blocks in half and check the moisture from the center of the new cut. timber loses moisture very quickly through the end grain so blocked timber would dry rapidly in this heat and will definitely be ready to burn next winter. Open grain wood like ash will dry quicker than sycamore
