Slack is great. Really good software. Giphy integration keeps me happy, but the bosses not so much...

Not getting a lot of synergy from you.

You need to be ahead of the game, cohesive and part of this joined up thinking going forward.

If I ever meet anyone even partially responsible for the whole "Slack" debacle, I shall beat them to death with a foosball table. Cunts.

It's better than Skype for Business for group chats for sure, but for 1-on-1 chat Skype is def better

    Microsoft Teams is garbage

Just set up a XMPP server or IRC some other simple thing. Takes about 10 minutes. I don't know why so-called tech companies have to rely on some outside megacorp and often pay them a monthly fee for something so mind bogglingly simple

I get that in my place too and we use Slack a lot. :P

Kinda have to as we have multiple offices all over the world.

Infact I had my massage a few hours ago and still feel amazing from it... we have free snacks in the canteen and they're bringing a beer keg in for us this Friday. :P

it's the stuff you put on a coal fire to keep it going overnight

so should be OK until it gets cold

but yeah lots of fumes and environmental stuff
